ORDERS & SHIPPING

What shipping methods are available?
We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–14 business days
  • USA: 2–14 business days
  • International: 7–30 business days

We always aim to dispatch and deliver your items as quickly as possible.

I haven’t received my order confirmation.
Order confirmation and tracking info are sent via email once your order is dispatched. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Email us at nunazashop@gmail.com with your full name and address — we’ll take care of it.

I didn’t receive my tracking information.
Orders placed before 1 PM EST ship out within 1 business day (if items are in stock). You’ll receive your tracking info via email or SMS. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder — or email us with your order number and we’ll resend it: nunazashop@gmail.com

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, your tracking info will be sent by email/SMS. You can follow every step of the delivery journey. You can also track your order here.


RETURNS & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

What if I change my mind?
No problem! You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it — as long as it’s unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging/accessories.

How long will it take to get my money back?
Please allow 5 business days after we receive your returned item to process your refund, exchange, or replacement.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible at nunazashop@gmail.com. We can update:

  • Delivery address
  • Phone number or email
  • Item color or style (must be the same price)

What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If something isn’t right, let us know immediately — or within 12 months of receiving your order. We’ll make it right.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on your screen or device settings — but rest assured, the differences are minimal.
